How do I download and reinstall the software?

To download and reinstall the software, perform the following:

(Note: You can also view the My Memory Center Reinstallation Guide ).

1. Click Here to login to access Web Access.

2. Enter your Username and Password.

3. Click the SETTINGS button.

4. Click on the Download Software tab.

5. Be sure you are on your New VAIO® Computer.

6. Click the Download button to start the installation of the software onto your computer.
