No active connection to the Internet, does the program need access to the Internet through my firewall?

My Memory Center™ does require access to the Internet through your firewall.  If during the installation process of My Memory Center™ you are prompted by your Firewall program, please allow your firewall software to grant access to the Internet for the My Memory Center™. The My Memory Center™ program needs access to Ports 80 and 443.
