What is Web Access?

Web Access is your Internet access point to your account and data files.  From the Web Access you can:

• View and edit your billing account information

• Download the latest version of My Memory Center™

• View online the most recent file backups

• Search for files that have been backed up

• Change Password and Retrieve Spare Key

• Download files that have been backed up

• Delete files that have been backed up

To login to Web Access:

1. Click Here to login to access Web Access.

2. Fill in the Username and Password fields with the email and password that was entered at the time the My Memory Center™ account was setup and click the LOGIN button.
