How do I recover a forgotten or lost password?

For security reasons once a password is lost or forgotten it can not be recovered, instead a new password is created.

To create the new password:

1. Click Here to login to access Web Access.

2. Click Forgot your Password?

3. Enter your Email Address and Spare Key, type in a New Password and Confirm Password .

4. Click the Login button.
