How do I cancel?

For your security, requests to terminate accounts MUST originate from the registered email account at Spare Backup addressed to cancelservicerequest@mymemorycenter.sparebackup.com.  Please include your account name and the reason for your cancellation. Files are deleted 7 days after cancellation/suspension of service. Please retain your cancellation confirmation for your records.

We also suggest you uninstall My Memory Center™ by following these steps:

For Windows XP:

1. Click the Start button.

2. Click Control Panel.

3. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.

4. Scroll the list to find My Memory Center™ and then click on My Memory Center™.

5. Click the Remove button and then follow the prompts to remove.

For Vista:

1. Click the Start button.

2. Click Control Panel.

3. Double-click Programs and Features or Programs.

4. Scroll the list to find My Memory Center™ and then double-click on My Memory Center™.

5. Click the Yes button and then follow the prompts to remove.
