Why can I not restart my data transfer after I moved my computer or made changes to my network settings?

If you are performing a data transfer and have moved your computer to a different network or have made changes to your network settings, you will need to close the My Memory Center™ Data Transfer program and then restart it.

 

To close the program, perform the following:

  1. Position your mouse pointer on top of the My Memory Center™ System Tray Icon and right-click on it.

  2. Click Exit.

 

To restart the program, perform the following:

  1. Find the My Memory Center™ icon on your desktop and double-click it.

or

  1. Click the Windows Start button.

  2. Click All Programs.

  3. Click My Memory Center™.

  4. Then click My Memory Center™ to restart the program.
